1.1 Clean the turf bottom and interface cloth thoroughly. Ensure the surface is dry and free from moisture.
1.2 Construction should occur in temperatures above 5°C. Avoid rainy or humid weather to ensure proper bonding.
2.1 Glue Application: Apply uniform thickness. Do not double-coat to avoid bubbling. Strictly control glue speed and apply to both surfaces.
2.2 Viscosity: Control drying time based on humidity (usually 10-30 mins). Bond when glue is "eight or nine" parts dry (touch is not sticky).
2.3 Pressure: After bonding, use a special rubber hammer to compact the surface from the center to both sides for a firm hold.
2.4 Curing: Curing takes about 3 days; full strength in 10 days. Avoid exposure to water or movement during this time.
