An installation manual will be sent once the indoor playground is fully produced. For playgrounds over 150 square meters, we strongly recommend our professional installation service.
How long is the delivery time?
Outdoor play structures typically take 15 days. Indoor playground equipment takes 20-60 working days, depending on the design and production schedule.
What if there is a quality problem with the equipment?
During the warranty period, we provide after-sales service. We also provide extra spare parts for future use and will send replacements for damaged parts promptly.
What maintenance do these devices need?
Regular care is essential. Spilled liquids must be cleaned immediately. Clean the equipment regularly with soap and water or disinfectant to keep it healthy and durable.
What warranties are available?
We provide a one-year warranty that covers workmanship and product defects.
