How much manpower and time does it take to install the container?
It typically takes 4 workers approximately 2 hours to complete the installation of 1 unit.
Do you need a foundation for the container house?
If the land is stable and will not subside, there is basically no need to lay foundations. We provide complete foundation drawings and video instructions for installation based on different geological conditions.
How are the container houses insulated?
Wall panels are made of 50mm rock wool sandwich panels. For extreme hot or cold weather, these can be upgraded to 75mm or 100mm thickness for better thermal performance.
Can the colors and sizes be customized?
Yes, we accept color customization based on color card numbers. While the standard size is 3000x5950x2800mm, the maximum size can reach 4m*8m with wind-resistant column support.
How do you guarantee product quality?
Every step of production is checked by quality inspectors using vernier calipers to measure thickness. We inspect paint surfaces before packing and provide photos and videos for customer confirmation before delivery.
What is the payment method and lead time?
Our standard payment method is TT (wire transfer), with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Lead time is generally 7-15 days for regular sizes after receiving the deposit.
