What is the typical lead time for an order?
In-stock items ship within 3 days. General production items take approximately 20 days. Large-scale custom projects will have a timeline based on the complexity and volume.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, our MOQ is a 40'HQ container which can mix different items. However, we also accept small quantity orders to support new clients and projects.
What kind of after-sales service do you provide?
We offer a 3-year warranty on frames and suspensions, and a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all other components.
